Arabica Colombia Supremo
Colombia firmly holds the second place in the world for growing coffee. In this country, coffee is collected by hand, since in no other way this can be done in high-altitude conditions. On steep slopes coffee trees are planted with bananas, so that they protect them from the scorching sun.
Colombian Supremo, one of the best varieties of Arabica, is grown on the mountain slopes of the Andes at an altitude of 800-1900 meters, enjoys well-deserved world fame.
Soft taste is the main advantage of this variety. Balanced taste is characterized by pronounced lemon acidity, sweetness, reminiscent of caramel and cocoa; Fresh fruit taste, medium saturation, neutral aftertaste.
