Coffee has a dense taste without sourness.
Since quality in itself, Brazilian coffee is not grown on especially high-altitude plantations, it does not stand out as a bright sourish and has a very strong balanced taste.
These qualities make Brazilian coffee a very popular base in particular for espresso blends. In addition, Brazilian green coffee traditionally undergoes dry processing, which gives the coffee taste an extra density.
